OUR STORY

Our founder, James Mabry raised in Daytona Beach, Florida, brings a lifetime of experience working with water. From his early days as a lifeguard on the beaches of Daytona Beach to his time at Daytona Lagoon Water Park, he developed a deep understanding of water safety and maintenance. After high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force in 2011, starting as a hydraulics apprentice and later retraining as an aircraft structural maintainer for C-130 aircraft. Throughout his military career, he honed skills in attention to detail, discipline, and a strong commitment to service—values that now shape the foundation of our business. With a father who served as a USAF Security Forces enlisted member and a mother from the Philippines, our founder was raised with a strong work ethic, respect for service, and a deep appreciation for community. These principles continue to guide the way we operate our pool service business, where we treat each client like family and ensure your pool stays pristine year-round.

As the co-owner of Premier Pool Pros, James Palmer brings extensive experience in property management and maintenance, with a focus on general repairs and project efficiency. He knows how to keep every project clean and stress-free, ensuring that our clients have a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Although new to the Navarre community, Palmer has quickly embraced the area and is excited to contribute his expertise to a local, family-founded service. His commitment to providing high-quality, customer-first pool services aligns perfectly with the values of our business.
